Montréal – The publication of this news release constitutes the method of service authorized on November 23, 2010 by the Superior Court, district of Montréal, of a request to extend the period for retaining the property seized in connection with Serge Ollu and Neuro Biotech Corp.

On September 3, 2010, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), a Justice of the Peace from the district of Montréal authorized a search warrant in connection with the files of Neuro Biotech Corp. in suite 497 of the building located at 4020, St-Ambroise in Montréal and at 1212 Redpath Crescent in Montréal.

The period for retaining the property seized during the search warrant expires on December 7, 2010. In order to continue its investigation, the AMF filed a motion to extend the period for retaining the seized property until March 6, 2011. The motion will be presented on November 30, 2010, starting at 9:30 a.m. in room 5.06 at the Montréal courthouse, located at 1 Notre-Dame Street East, Montréal, Québec, H2Y 1B6.
