Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service of an application for further detention of items seized in respect of Neuro Biotech Corp. authorized by a presiding justice of the peace, district of Montréal, on February 11, 2014.

On September 3, 2010 and at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), a presiding justice of the peace of the district of Montréal authorized an application for a search warrant related to the matter of Neuro Biotech Corp. at 4020 St-Ambroise, suite 497, in Montréal.

The period for detaining the items seized expires on March 6, 2014. In order to carry on with its investigation, the AMF filed an application in Superior Court for a further detention of the seized items until September 6, 2014. The application will be presented on February 28, 2014, starting at 9:30 a.m., in room 4.11 of the Montréal courthouse located at 1 Notre-Dame East, Montréal, province of Québec, H2Y 1B6, as it appears in the notice of presentation (in French only).
