Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service of an application for further detention of items seized in respect of Neuro Biotech Corp. authorized by the Court of Québec, district of Montréal, on August 16, 2013.

On September 3, 2010 and at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), a presiding justice of the peace of the district of Montréal authorized an application for a search warrant related to the matter of Neuro Biotech Corp. located at 4020 St-Ambroise, suite 497, in Montréal.

The period for detaining the items seized expires on September 6, 2013. In order to carry on with its investigation, the AMF filed an application in Superior Court for a further detention of the seized items until March 6, 2014.
