The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") will apply to the Bureau for orders to cease trading and withdraw ads and for the imposition of an administrative penalty with respect to Michel Ange Romain and Vacances Caribana inc.

A pro forma hearing will be held on January 15, 2015 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
