Montréal – The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Tribunal administratif des marchés financiers (the “Tribunal”) of a notice of presentation and an extension application related to the matter of David Tran et al. in respect of David Tran and Logiciels HFT Quants inc.

On December 15, 2016, the Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) will apply to the Tribunal for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on May 28, 2015 in the matter of David Tran et al. This application for a freeze order extension pertains to David Tran, Jacques Paquin and Logiciels HFT Quants inc.

The hearing will be held on December 15, 2016 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
