Montréal - The publication of this news release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the Bureau) of a notice of presentation and extension application in respect of Christian Turcotte.

On September 3, 2015, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") will apply to the Bureau to extend for a further 120 days the freeze order initially issued on November 1, 2013 in the matter of Christian Turcotte.
The hearing will be held on September 3, 2015 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
