Life and health insurers - Draft amendments to the guideline on capital adequacy requirements
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has published on its website draft amendments to the guideline on capital adequacy requirements for life and health insurers. Comments regarding the above may be made before November 21, 2008.
