Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") has launched penal proceedings in the judicial district of Québec City against Danny Gagné and his company 6285431 Canada Inc., carrying on business under the names ISpeedzone and Globshopping. A total of 32 charges have been filed by the AMF for illegal practice as a dealer and distributions without a prospectus.

Danny Gagné and his company are each facing eight counts of illegal practice as a dealer and eight counts for distributions without a prospectus. If found guilty, they could be fined a minimum of $56,000 each.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
