Montréal - On October 6, 2010, Judge Suzanne Bousquet of the Court of Québec, district of Montréal, imposed fines totalling $15,000 on Charles D'Entremont in connection with a penal proceeding launched by the Autorité des marchés financiers (“AMF”) related to illegal distributions.
Charles D’Entremont was found guilty on three counts brought against him for aiding Technologies et Solutions du Futur (TSF) inc., by act or omission, with distributing securities without a prospectus.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
