Insurers must now file their complaint reports using the CCIR Annual Statement on Market Conduct no later than May 1 of each year.
Your declaration for the period from July 1 to December 31, 2020 must be filed via the Complaint Reporting System (CRS)

Even if your company has not received any complaints, you must still report this fact.
If you fail to comply with this requirement, we may impose administrative measures.
