The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) has entered into an agreement with 4242033 Canada inc. (4242) and Linda Paradis for the payment of $8,250 to the AMF.

The AMF accused 4242 of failing to take out an insurance policy as required under Regulation 31-103 respecting Registration Requirements and Exemptions. The AMF further alleged that 4242 did not notify it of the change in its auditor within 7 days of the change (Regulation 33-109 respecting Registration Information).

The AMF also claimed that Linda Paradis did not ensure that4242 was in compliance with securities regulation.
