Montréal – At the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the Bureau de décision et de révision en valeurs mobilières (BDRVM) handed down a decision on August 4, 2009 extending for a period of 120 days the freeze orders issued against Oversea Chinese Fund Limited Partnership, Weizhen Tang and Associates Inc., Weizhen Tang Corporation and Weizhen Tang, their officers, representatives and directors, who are prohibited from withdrawing funds, securities or other assets held by Interactive Broker on deposit, under control or in safekeeping.

On April 14, 2009, the BDRVM issued an order against the firms and individuals mentioned above as well as their officers, representatives and directors to cease any transaction in respect of securities and denying them the benefit of any exemptions.

The AMF is providing the Ontario Securities Commission with assistance in this matter. Charges were recently filed against the respondent Weizhen Tang in the U.S.
