Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") has launched a penal proceeding against Patrice Live, an engineer who is accused of carrying out a transaction in the securities of Quinto Mining Corporation based on information about the company that he held in April 2008.
Patrice Live faces a minimum fine of $5,000.
The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
