February 12, 2016 Deposit Insurance

The AMF has today posted an update of the Deposit Insurance Data Requirements Tables (in French only) on its website. 

The changes to the tables are minor and mainly specify certain value domains and fields. The update also includes a new compliance section that explains how the AMF intends to conduct its tests to ensure that institutions governed by the Deposit Insurance Act, CQLR, c. A-26, comply with the tables.
