Transactions at Bombardier — AMF Reviews Transactions

Montréal — The Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) confirms that it is reviewing the transactions relating to last August’s implementation of the Automatic Securities Disposition Plan (“ASDP”) by Bombardier and the various announcements that have been made since that time.
The AMF has asked Bombardier to suspend all sales of securities under the ASDP until further notice and to notify the executing brokers.
Given the confidential nature of this review, the AMF will not be making any further comments on this matter.
The Autorité des marchés financiers is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
