“We are very excited to welcome these new members to the Board. Their diverse backgrounds and perspectives will definitely bring added value to our discussions and work,” said Board Chair Robert Panet-Raymond.
“Congratulations to Ms. Féquière, Ms. Jerroumi and Mr. Tremblay on their appointment. Their arrival rounds out the collective member competency and experience profile of the Board and aligns perfectly with the AMF’s desire to promote greater board diversity,” added AMF President and CEO Louis Morisset.
Jacqueline Codsi, who was appointed as a member of the Conseil consultatif de régie administrative (Advisory Board) on January 16, 2020 and then as a member of the Board and Chair of the Human Resources Committee in December 2021, has been reappointed.
