The Notice summarizes the AMF's findings further to the issue-oriented review it performed on compliance of money market mutual funds ("MMFs") with securities legislation regarding the net asset value calculation.

The AMF expects investment fund managers ("IFMs") to use the guidance provided in the Notice.
