Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a request for a freeze order extension related to the matter of Warren English, Mega International Business and Alain André Desarzens in respect of AlertPay inc.

On January 22, 2015, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") asked the Bureau to extend the freeze order initially issued on June 10, 2011 in the matter of Warren English, Mega International Business and Alain André Desarzens, and to do so for a further period of 120 days.

This freeze order extension pertains to the following companies and individuals: Warren English, Mega International Business, Alain André Desarzens, Michèle Amiot and Institut des médecines universelles.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
