Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a notice of hearing related to the matter of Warren English, Mega International Business and Alain André Desarzens in respect of AlertPay inc.

On January 22, 2015, the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") will apply to the Bureau for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on June 10, 2011 in the matter of Warren English, Mega International Business and Alain André Desarzens. This freeze order extension pertains to the following companies and individuals: Warren English, Mega International Business, Alain André Desarzens, Michèle Amiot and Institut des médecines universelles.
The hearing will be held on January 22, 2015 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, No. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec.
The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
