Montréal – The publication of this news release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision en valeurs mobilières (BDRVM) in connection with a notice of hearing in respect of Robert Savoie.

The respondents Richard Tremblay, Claude Valade, René Viau, Fonds de Placement Nor-West and Michel Larocque filed a request with the BDRVM for a hearing further to a series of freeze orders and cease trade orders under decision 2009-041 issued on December 7, 2009.

The hearing for this request is scheduled for December 21, 2009, starting at 10:00 a.m., in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40, in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
