G. inc. (Boucherville) and Group Investors Financial Services Inc., holder of certificate 187 322, NRD registration no. 2557641. and Jean-Marc Lavallée.

On November 29, 2013, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the Bureau extended for a period of 120 days the freeze order initially issued on February 4, 2011 in the above-mentioned matter. It ordered Alain Péloquin and Isabelle Cantin not to dispose, directly or indirectly, of the funds, securities or other assets that are in their possession, under their control or in their safekeeping. As well, the Bureau ordered Jean-Marc Lavallée not to dispose of the funds, securities or other assets that he may have on deposit, under control or in safekeeping on behalf of Alain Péloquin or Isabelle Cantin or any entity controlled by them.

The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
