Changes to fees payable for the securities and derivatives sectors 

Pursuant to the Regulation to amend the Securities Regulation and the Regulation to amend the Tariffs for costs and fees payable in respect of derivatives, which were published in the Gazette officielle du Québec This link will open in a new window and the AMF Bulletin This link will open in a new window (in French only) on June 3 and 4, 2026, the AMF will be updating its fees effective June 22, 2026 to reflect developments in the financial markets. 

The updated fees will help achieve a better alignment between the AMF’s activities as a regulator and the fees that are charged, while supporting a balanced allocation of fees among market participants.
