Montréal - The publication of this press releases constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision ("Bureau") for a notice of hearing in respect of Réal Samson and Suzanne Labrecque.

On June 18, 2013, the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") applied to the Bureau for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on June 30, 2009 against Réal Samson and Suzanne Labrecque.

The hearing will be held on July 10, 2013 starting at 9:30 a.m. in the Paul Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
