On December 21, 2011, the Bureau de décision et de révision (the Bureau) allowed a request to lift the order to cease any activity in respect of a transaction in securities and acting as a securities adviser issued against Stéphane Charbonneau and Filippo Argento. Both had pleaded that their role in the activities of 9095-0049 Québec inc. (ICC Capital Management) was limited to that of investor in addition to soliciting friends.

The cease trade orders initially issued on July 29, 2009 in this matter remain in force against 9095-0049 Québec Inc., ICC Capital Management Inc., Axia Consulting Inc., Axia Business Center Inc., IND Capital Management, John Dracontaidis and Dimitrios (Jimmy) Kavathas.
