On July 20, 2012, the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") applied to the Bureau for reciprocal orders. The application covers the following individuals and companies: Maple Leaf Investment Fund Corporation, Henry Joe Chau, Tulsiani Investment Inc., Sunil Tulsiani and Ravinder Tulsiani.
The hearing on the merits of this application will be held on November 6, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.
