This is to inform you that a new form has been issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") authorizing it to communicate personal information about a candidate with respect to any of the following: minimum training, examinations and probationary periods.

Effective immediately, if a candidate would like the AMF to communicate personal information on file to a third person, such as an employer, the new form will have to be completed by the candidate. The form is available on the AMF website in the section Forms for future professionals under three headings (Training, Examinations and Probationary Period). Please note that no other form of authorization will be accepted.
