Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the "Bureau") of a notice of presentation related to the matter of Financière Hélios Capital in respect of Michel Rolland, Jonathan Archer, Rémy Pelletier, Henri Lemieux, doing business under the corporate name Financière Hélios Capital, Agence Créditis Plus inc. and Altima Environnement Technologie inc.

On January 8, 2015, the Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") will apply to the Bureau for a further 120-day extension of the freeze order initially issued on May 26, 2010 in the matter of Henri Lemieux and Financière Hélios Capital. This extension request will cover the following companies and individuals: Henri Lemieux, Henri Lemieux doing business under the corporate name Financière Hélios Capital, Agence Créditis Plus inc., Altima Environnement Technologie inc., 9218-3524 Québec inc., Michel Rolland, Alexandre Royer, Rémy Pelletier, Jeffrey Harris, Jonathan Archer and Raymond Rivard.

The hearing will be held on January 8, 2015 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
