Montréal - On July 27, 2016, per diem Presiding Justice of the Peace Gilles Michaud of the Court of Québec, district of Montréal, ordered Jacinthe Forest to pay fines totalling $42,000.

On February 25, 2014, Jacinthe Forest was found guilty on 14 charges, namely, seven counts of illegal activities as a securities dealer and seven counts of aiding with a distribution without a prospectus.

This decision concludes a new trial allowed Jacinthe Forest following a revocation of judgment This link will open in a new window (in French only).

In 2012, the Chambre de la sécurité financière ordered that Jacinthe Forest be permanently struck off the roll This link will open in a new window (in French only).
