Montréal - On December 6, 2013, at the Trois-Rivières courthouse, Presiding Justice of the Peace Pierre Verette accepted the withdrawal of the charge pending against Serge Cossette in the matter of Investissements Kinked Ltée.

On the same date, the Judge also accepted the withdrawal of the charge pending against Claude R. Charron in the matter of Investissements Kinked Ltée.

The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
