Montréal - On February 28, 2013, before Justice of the Peace Serge Délisle of the Court of Québec, Criminal and Penal Division, of the district of Longueuil, Steve Goyette pleaded guilty to four counts of illegal practice and aiding in an illegal distribution.

The Court ratified the joint proposal by the parties and charged Mr. Goyette the minimum fine for the four counts, amounting to $14,000.

In June 2012 in this matter, the Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) filed 267 charges in all, including 174 against Pierre Veillet, majority shareholder and director of Distribution Mobile Inc., and 89 charges against Distribution Mobile Inc. The trial of Pierre Veillet and Distribution Mobile Inc. is set for October 2013.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
