Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") has launched a penal proceeding against Félicien Ngankoy and charged her with six counts of illegal practice as a damage insurance representative.

Félicien Ngankoy is liable to a minimum penalty of $12,000.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
