Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") has filed 12 charges against Michel Gosselin for pursuing illegal activities as a securities dealer and for aiding with an illegal distribution. The AMF is seeking fines totalling $105,000.

The AMF investigation revealed that Michel Gosselin solicited investors with respect to various investment proposals, in particular construction projects.

In total, eight investors lost $101,473 in this matter.

The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
