February 3, 2012 Decisions and Freeze and cease trade orders

On December 21, 2011, the Bureau de décision et de révision (the Bureau) approved a joint recommendation by the Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) and Gestion privée Diamant inc. Under this recommendation, Gestion privée Diamant inc. agrees to pay a penalty of $3,550. This matter stems from an inspection during which the AMF noted a deficit in the working capital of a securities adviser and the absence of a monthly trial balance.
