Montréal – The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the “Bureau”) of a notice of hearing related to the matter of Financière Hélios Capital in respect of the following respondents: Henri Lemieux, Rémy Pelletier and Agence Créditis Plus inc.

On August 27, 2010, the Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) applied to the Bureau to extend the freeze order initially issued on May 26, 2010 in the matter of Financière Hélios Capital, for a further period of 120 days. The application to extend the freeze order pertains to the following firms and individuals: Henri Lemieux, Henri Lemieux doing business under the corporate name Financière Hélios Capital, Agence Créditis Plus inc., Altima Environnement Technologie inc., 9218-3524 Québec inc., Michel Rolland, Alexandre Royer, Rémy Pelletier, Jeffrey Harris, Jonathan Archer and Raymond Rivard.

The hearing for the application will be held on Friday, September 17, 2010, starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Paul-Fortugno room located at 500 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, no. 16.40 in Montréal, Québec.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
