Montréal - The publication of this press release constitutes the method of service authorized by the Bureau de décision et de révision (the Bureau) of a decision issued on September 30, 2014 related to the matter of Financière Hélios Capital in respect of Michel Rolland, Henri Lemieux (doing business under the corporate name Financière Hélios Capital), Rémy Pelletier, Jonathan Archer, Agence Créditis Plus inc. and Altima Environnement Technologie inc.

On September 30, 2014, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF), the Bureau extended, for a further period of 120 days, the freeze order initially issued on May 26, 2010 in the matter of Financière Hélios Capital. The freeze order extension pertains to the following firms and individuals: Henri Lemieux, Henri Lemieux doing business under the corporate name Financière Hélios Capital, Agence Créditis Plus inc., Altima Environnement Technologie inc., Michel Rolland, Rémy Pelletier, Jonathan Archer, Jeffrey Harris, Alexandre Royer, 9218-3524 Québec inc. and Raymond Rivard.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
