On March 22, 2013, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF), the Bureau extended, for a further period of 120 days, the freeze order initially issued on May 26, 2010 in the matter of Financière Hélios Capital. The freeze order extension pertains to the following firms and individuals: Henri Lemieux, Henri Lemieux doing business under the corporate name Financière Hélios Capital, Agence Créditis Plus inc., Altima Environnement Technologie inc., 9218-3524 Québec inc., Michel Rolland, Alexandre Royer, Rémy Pelletier, Jeffrey Harris, Jonathan Archer and Raymond Rivard.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
