Complaint Reporting System (CRS) - Firms have until July 30, 2017 to file their report

Insurers must now file their complaint reports using the CCIR Annual Statement on Market Conduct no later than May 1 of each year.
Your declaration for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2017 must be filed via the Complaint Reporting System (CRS)

You will need your user code and password to log on. You can access the CRS at the following address: www.srp-crs.ca This link will open in a new window.
Even if your company has not received any complaints, you must still report this fact.
If you fail to comply with this requirement, we may impose administrative measures.
