Complaint Reporting System (CRS) - Firms have until January 30, 2012 to file their report

Your declaration for the period from July 1 to December 31, 2011 must be filed via the Complaint Reporting System (CRS) between January 1 and January 30, 2012.

You will need your user code and password to log on. You can access the CRS at the following address: www.srp-crs.ca This link will open in a new window.

Even if your company has not received any complaints, you must still report this fact.

If you fail to comply with this requirement, the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) may impose administrative penalties.
