All Québec-based enterprises that wish to file an application with the AMF for authorization to enter into public contracts and subcontracts covered by the Integrity in Public Contracts Act must now use AMF E-Services to ensure proper processing of files.

Have you already completed your application using a print version of the form but not yet filed it? Make sure you use the latest version of our forms. As of March 1, 2014, the AMF will no longer accept outdated application forms.
