AMF withdraws penal proceedings against Ronald Brisebois and Isacsoft Inc.

Decisions and Freeze and cease trade orders Securities

Montréal – The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has decided to withdraw the penal proceedings filed in November 2008 in the Court of Québec (Criminal and Penal Division), district of Montréal, against Ronald Brisebois and Isacsoft Inc.

Since the filing of these proceedings, new facts were brought to the attention of the AMF. A review of this new evidence raised reasonable doubt concerning the purchase of shares of BigKnowledge Inc. by Isacsoft Inc. The AMF therefore decided to withdraw the two charges filed against Isacsoft Inc. and its President and CEO, Ronald Brisebois.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
