March 23, 2015 Decisions and Freeze and cease trade orders Securities

Montréal - On February 20, 2015, at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF"), the Bureau de décision et de révision ("Bureau") issued orders against André Gauthier and his company 9131-7156 Québec inc. to cease illegal solicitation activities related to derivatives.

More specifically, the Bureau barred them from conducting any solicitation activities, directly or indirectly, related to a derivative offering, whether by the Internet or any other distribution channel, since this activity is reserved for dealers overseen by the AMF and they are not authorized in this regard. As well, the Bureau ordered the closing of the website molecule6.com and any other similar site operated by André Gauthier or his firm.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
