AMF organizes roundtable on proposed derivatives registration and business conduct regulations

Montréal  – The Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”) today announced that the roundtable to discuss the two draft regulations of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) (in french) on derivatives registration and business conduct will be held on Wednesday, September 12, 2018, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in the Auditorium on the 4th floor (formerly, the Auditorium of the Montréal Exchange) at 800 Square-Victoria, in Montréal.

Discussions will focus on the notice of second consultation on Draft Regulation 93-101, respecting Derivatives: Business Conduct and the related draft policy statement, published on June 14, 2018, as well as on Draft Regulation 93-102 respecting Derivatives: Registration and the related draft policy statement, published on April 19, 2018.
