Montréal – The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) has filed penal proceedings against Milaric Corporation in the Court of Québec (Criminal and Penal Division), district of Beauharnois, and is seeking $3,000 in fines.

The AMF has filed charges against Milaric Corporation for:

• failing to remit the documents required in October 2007 by the AMF in the course of an investigation, thereby violating paragraph 4 of section 195 of the Securities Act.

Every person operating in the securities market is required to transmit to the AMF, upon request, all documents relating to the pursuit of that person's activities.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec’s financial sector.
