AMF charges Sylvie Hunter with illegal practice

Securities

Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") has launched a penal proceeding in the judicial district of Terrebonne against Sylvie Hunter, whom it claims acted illegally as a securities adviser without being registered as such.

The AMF intends to show that Sylvie Hunter illegally acted as a securities adviser by recommending the purchase of securities of Exploration Lounor Inc. three times to four investors. Under the Securities Act, Ms. Hunter could be fined $6,000 if she is found guilty of the offences.

The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") is the regulatory and oversight body for Québec's financial sector.
