The Autorité des marchés financiers ("AMF") published its Annual Report for fiscal year 2012-2013. The Report, including the AMF's financial statements, covers its main activities for the period from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013.

The AMF Annual Report, which is available on our website, was tabled in the Québec National Assembly on October 22, 2013. It is available in French only.
