AMF Earthquake Exposure Data Form and Instruction Form Guide

The Form and the Guide is for property and casualty Quebec chartered insurers. The form must be produced from data as of December 31, 2016 while considering the reinsurance protection (retrocession) in force on January 1, 2017, as specified in section 3.6.1.2 of the MCT guideline, for the establishment of reinsurance recoverable amounts. The form must be filed to the AMF no later than April 15, 2017. The non-Quebec property and casualty chartered insurers must provide us the documents they provide to their respective primary regulator in accordance with their own requirements (reporting and filing dates).
