The following guides and forms are for Québec insurers that wish to apply for or amend a licence or submit a corporate project to the AMF. With the exception of certain requirements specific to Québec, the application for an insurer’s licence is that prescribed by the Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators (CCIR).
