The best way to optimally cover the financial skills Quebeckers need to develop is to work in partnership and share resources and expertise.

Three areas of intervention were developed for the 2015-2018 strategy:

  1. Speak – Contribute to a shift in financial culture to encourage Quebeckers to talk more about money, finances and economic issues.
  2. Learn – Offer learning opportunities at all key life events in the most accessible formats and networks.
  3. Act – Encourage Quebeckers to take steps to better manage their finances.
