Montréal - The Autorité des marchés financiers (the "AMF") is urging investors to be cautious when dealing with Select Capital Ventures SA and its so-called representatives, including Neil Reid. This company is not registered with the AMF to carry on business as a securities dealer or adviser and therefore cannot solicit investors in Québec.

If you believe that you have been the target of fraud, contact the AMF's Information Centre.
