Montréal – At the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (the “AMF”), the Tribunal administratif des marchés financiers (the “Tribunal”) has rendered a decision revoking the rights granted by registration to Beaudoin, Rigolt & associés inc. (Beaudoin Rigolt) as a mutual fund dealer.

The Tribunal also suspended the rights granted to Philippe Beaudoin1 and Pierre-Luc Bernier by their registration as dealing representatives of a mutual fund dealer. This suspension will be maintained for the duration of the investigation into the various failures identified. Philippe Beaudoin and Pierre-Luc Bernier had consented to this ruling against them.

Consequently, the rights conferred by Beaudoin Rigolt’s registration have been revoked since March 3, 2017. The registrations of all representatives acting on behalf of this dealer have also been suspended until their attachment to another dealer.

Important message for clients of mutual fund dealer Beaudoin, Rigolt & associés inc.
